Terms and Conditions of Venti Luxury Vintage


Article 1. Applicability1.1

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made by Venti Luxury Vintage.
1.2 By accepting an offer or placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Any deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid if agreed to in writing, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
1.4 All rights and claims in these Terms and Conditions, and any further agreements for the benefit of Venti Luxury Vintage, also apply to intermediaries and third parties engaged by Venti Luxury Vintage.


Article 2. Offers / Agreements 

2.1 An agreement is concluded once your order is accepted by Venti Luxury Vintage. Venti Luxury Vintage reserves the right to refuse orders or apply specific conditions to deliveries unless otherwise stated. If an order is not accepted, Venti Luxury Vintage will notify you within five (5) working days after receipt of the order.


Article 3. Prices and Payments


3.1 The prices for the products and services offered are in euros. VAT is charged on second-hand items. Import duties are the responsibility of the consumer.
3.2 Payments can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or other available methods on our website. Payment is considered complete once the funds are credited to Venti Luxury Vintage’s account.
3.3 If the payment term is exceeded, Venti Luxury Vintage may decide whether or not to cancel the order.


Article 4. Shipping / Delivery / Returns


4.1 We offer worldwide shipping.
4.2 Domestic shipping within [Your Country] costs €10, fully insured. Shipping to European countries costs €20, fully insured, and shipping outside Europe costs €30, fully insured.
4.3 We ship all items fully insured via POSTNL. After receiving payment, we will ship your item within 24-48 hours.
4.4 Shipping within Europe typically takes 2-5 business days, while shipping outside Europe may take 5-10 business days. We are not responsible for delivery times.
4.5 Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order. Import duties, taxes, or any other costs related to importing the purchased item are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your country’s import duties, especially outside the European Union.
4.6 If the item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you on the same day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.


Article 5. Returns and Refunds


5.1 The products we sell are vintage items, often pre-owned. As a result, there may be signs of wear or damage to the products. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the product images and details before making a purchase.
5.2 If you have any doubts about the condition of a product, you may contact us at contact@ventiluxuryvintage.com to request additional images.
5.3 Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • To request a return, you must email us at contact@ventiluxuryvintage.com with your order number and shipping number. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
  • Products must be returned within 14 days after receipt and must be received by us within this period.
  • All products sold by Venti Luxury Vintage have a tag attached. Items can only be returned if they are unworn, unused, and the tag is intact. If the tag has been removed, the product is no longer eligible for return.
  • Products must be returned with any original packaging, receipt, dustbag, or box that was provided to the buyer.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We inspect our products carefully before shipping. If a product differs from the description or was not received in good condition, you must report this within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot process claims made after this period.
  • For returns, we recommend tracking and insuring your shipment, as we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the account used for the original purchase order.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions: unworn, unused, with the tag, and including original packaging, receipt, dustbag, or box.
  • Specially sourced and personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Returns are only accepted within Europe.
  • If the above return conditions are not met, Venti Luxury Vintage reserves the right to reject the return.

Article 6. Reservation of Ownership


6.1 Ownership of the delivered products only transfers once full payment has been received. The risk for the products passes to you at the time of delivery.


Article 7. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights


7.1 You agree to fully respect all intellectual and industrial property rights related to the products delivered by Venti Luxury Vintage.
7.2 Venti Luxury Vintage does not guarantee that the products delivered do not infringe on any (unwritten) intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties.


Article 8. Guarantee of Authenticity


8.1 Venti Luxury Vintage guarantees that the products delivered meet the usual requirements and standards and are free of any defects.
8.2 If you have concerns about the authenticity of an item purchased from Venti Luxury Vintage, please contact us. We can have the item authenticated by a third party, with the costs being borne by the customer.


Article 9. Force Majeure


9.1 In the event of force majeure, Venti Luxury Vintage reserves the right to suspend the execution of your order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention by informing you in writing. Venti Luxury Vintage will not be liable for any damages unless it is deemed unacceptable under reasonable standards.
9.2 Force majeure refers to any failure that cannot be attributed to Venti Luxury Vintage, due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.


Article 10. Miscellaneous


10.1 If you provide an address to Venti Luxury Vintage, we are entitled to send all orders to that address unless you notify us in writing of a different address within 24 hours of ordering.
10.2 If Venti Luxury Vintage allows deviations from these Terms and Conditions, whether tacitly or for a short or long period, this does not affect our right to demand strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions in the future. You cannot claim any rights based on Venti Luxury Vintage’s flexible application of these Terms.
10.3 Venti Luxury Vintage is authorized to use third parties in the execution of your orders.


Article 11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 Dutch law applies exclusively to all rights, obligations, offers, orders, and agreements related to these Terms and Conditions.
11.2 All disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.


Article 12. Copyright
12.1 All images or parts of images on this website are protected by copyright. Copying, printing, or distributing these images or text from downloaded documents without explicit permission from the author is strictly prohibited.
